Setup Matters

Today's meeting was a brisk 30 minutes—we all wanted to get home to celebrate today's leap second with family and friends.

Today's meeting started late and ended early as the only thing on the agenda was to triage new issues and review what's left for WiX v3.10.

With no more week-skipping, today's meeting yielded only a handful of bugs to triage.

Once again, we skipped a week between meetings. This time, it was me who was traveling. And like the previous meeting, we had a larger-than-average number of bugs to triage: 18.

After skipping last week's meeting due to a traveling Rob, we had 14 bugs to triage. Not nearly a record but this wasn't going to be a six-minute meeting like #66.
