As we continue our supercharged triaging of issues -- both freshly incoming and older, already-triaged issues -- we also discuss design issues that benefit from real-time, almost face-to-face communication.

Today we triaged some issues, discussed some low-level designs for WiX v4.0, and, for a change of pace...triaged even more issues. Specifically, today and for at least a couple more meetings, we're going to triage issues assigned to WiX v4.0 so we can determine the best way of handling them prior to the release of WiX v4.0.

There's nothing quite like shipping some long-awaited software...except maybe immediately continuing the work to ship the next release. WiX v4 Preview Zero is now available!

Two meetings ago, I noted that it would traditionally have been Tax Day here in the United States. Instead, next Monday, May 17th is 2021's Tax Day. Is Monday a notable day for any other reason (not counting National Cherry Cobbler Day, obviously)? Read on!
