Setup Matters

With contributor Sean now living 15 time zones away from Rob and 12 away from me, today's meeting was the first we held at 4pm Pacific instead of our (formerly) normal schedule of 9:30am. We don't have a firm schedule for future meetings and might even alternate to try to find meeting times that let more people participate live on Twitch. Today was, as predicted twice, the first WiX Online Meeting held via our replacement for Skype for Business: We're now streaming on Twitch. Recorded meetings will continue to be posted the WiX Toolset YouTube channel.

Today was the last WiX Online Meeting...to be held via Skype, that is. Microsoft is encouraging everyone to switch to Teams so Rob is investigating whether we can use Teams to hold future WiX Online Meetings so everyone can participate, and you can hear Sean and me, and not just Rob.

In an ongoing trend of alternating meetings with few and many issues to triage, today we had only a couple issues to triage and spent a bit of time talking about the one-hopes-to-be-imminent release of Votive for Visual Studio 2019.

Our last meeting was very short because we had no new issues to triage. Today's meeting isn't terribly long but we had a bunch of issues to triage, though only a few we could take action on.
